DOwney Realty Group

It saw a smooth sailing! Lucas was absolutely great. Super helpful and always available. He knew the market very well and his advice was definitely what made me close the deal since there were multiple offers on the property that I now call home!

We scored a house wed never imagine. Joao was able to negotiate exactly what we wanted to pay, not a dime more, we are still in awe of our new home. Joao will show you 100 houses per day if you want to, hes truly dedicated and always on your side.

Lucas was a pleasure to work with. He put together several listings for us to view that fit our schedule. He answered all the questions or concerns we had. Speaking Portuguese was a plus for my husband in understanding the more detailed answers. He was always professional and super easy to work with. 5 Stars for sure.!!

Thank you Lucas ! at Premiere Broker (Advisors) for your assistance purchasing my home! Truly made an impossible to possible! He was able to get the sellers team to provide closing credit due to unexpected rte fluctuations and that played a huge part on finalizing the purchase! He demonstrated his expertise with that and shows the wisdom and experience he has. He dedicates time to me in explaining the process and answered all questions, making everything easier to understand and prepared me for ownership. He and his team helped us work on my information when other realtors and banks just waived me away if i didnt fit their aEURoestandardsaEUR?, but Lucas was completely different and stayed 1 year and more helping me get approved for a loan, utilizing his loan teams, and i quickly closed on a home with his legal team finalizing the purchase. Overall great person and experience, I recommend Lucas Rezende all day, thank you buddy!
