Made a huge mistake hiring this team, especially Richard Connelly. He is offensive, unprofessional, and constantly talks about how successful he is. When I requested that my listing be removed after the contract expired, my requests were ignored and I was told I needed to sign documents I never agreed to. He tries to trap you into believing you have obligations when you do not. He came to my house without permission, causing my alarm to go off. Completely unacceptable. Richard was extremely rude on the phone, disrespectful, and spoke to me in a way no professional should. I felt he had no respect for women and treated me terribly throughout the process. I have reported this behavior and hope his conduct is reviewed. Do not waste your time. There are many better agents out there who will treat you with honesty and respect.

They were beyond amazing. They were always available to not only myself, the seller, but also accommodated the buyer. They went above and beyond helping with anything I asked of them. I cant say enough about them. They are great realtors but also great people.

Richard has a lot of experience and knowledge, having a team def helps. With Susan and his team , my wife and I were able to have an offer within a week. Richard is great with texting and phone calls. I'm glad I chose Richard and his team.
