Having been referred by a family member to the Josh Shapiro Team, I used Josh to purchase my first home. While it was a scary process, Josh made sure I understood each aspect of the process. I had no idea how much I could afford as a single buyer who is fairly young. After exploring a few properties with Josh, I finally came across one that was moderately above what I was comfortable spending. Josh assisted me with securing a loan and getting pre-approved with a loan company that he uses. That too was a great experience, and Charlie answered every question I had. His responses were generally within minutes. Josh walked me through what he felt was a fair offer on the last home, and even though I wanted to pay less, of course, he took back my lower offer, and it was accepted. Josh assisted me in finding a reputable home inspector, and based on that, he gave me more guidance, and needless to say, I now have money set aside for when my HVAC system goes out. At the settlement, Josh was there to answer any questions I had and ensure that I knew what was going on. I really wanted this house and initially had to walk away because the price was too high. When it was reduced, Josh called me, knowing how much I loved the house, and with his assistance and guidance, I am now a happy homeowner. I feel safe in saying he is now our trusted family realtor. Outstanding service all the way!!

Josh and his team were the best I could ask for. Jeffs amazing work with the photography, video, and aerial footage really made the house look and feel like you were able to capture the entirety of the home. Sarah was always standing by to help navigate the process. Josh was everything I could have asked for in a realtor. For my first time selling a home, he really helped me make the right choices in every step. His guidance was more than I could have asked for. Him and his team were top tier. If was to buy or sell another house in Maryland, I would no doubt use their expertise again. He answered all my questions, all of my worries, gave me a sense of peace. He even went above and beyond to check on my house after I moved and shoveled snow from my walkway. His team has heart and soul and they make sure you know it. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. And when it came time to sell he put me in touch with all the right people for all of the finishing touches for electric and construction. Those guys were in and out. They knew what they were doing and they were very professional. Overall 10/10 service.
