As a first time buyer, I was unsure what to expect out of the house buying process. I was torn between Carroll County and Anne Arundel County, so Jessica worked diligently to send me properties that matched my search criteria in both areas. She drove around so I could see every home I liked, never making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time or asking for too much. She always put my needs in front of her own and listened, like she was a real friend I could count on. As a first time buyer, I was unaware of options to keep money in my pocket, but Jessica knew a great lender to work with and was very well versed in their programs. She also was able to advise me how to get seller help for closing cost. When it came time to negotiate with the seller, she really excelled by getting me exactly what I wanted plus some. Jessica gave me the knowledge and confidence to make the biggest purchase of my life and I will refer her to anyone looking to buy in Maryland.
