Marny Maslon is an expert real estate agent, very professional and she is always on time. On Friday we purchased a house in Seattle. We were given 30 days to sell our home in Reseda, pack up 38 years of acquisitions and move to Seattle. We called Marny Friday afternoon and she agreed to meet us Saturday morning. In the next 9 days Marny had our home photographed perfectly, listed it, had two open houses and after 20 offers, she sold our house for far more than any other had sold for in the development. Marny took care of everything necessary with amazing skills. I have worked with several very good real estate agents, but Marny outshone them all. Marny is extremely intelligent and has a great sense of design, I have recommended Marny Maslon to everyone I know.

Marny is an excellent agent. Shes knowledgeable in all fields that youll need to know about - from locations, to building codes, to financial contacts, to real estate trends, to HOA contract structures, and much much more. Shes NOT overly forceful and wont push you into any situation you are not comfortable with. In fact, the first place I suggested we go look at it took her all of 30s to tell us to keep looking and pass (and boy, was she right). Shell negotiate on your behalf, and shell go the extra mile to find you what youre looking for. I know firsthand. So thankful to have an agent like Marny on my side!

Marny is a wonderful agent. Her years of experience are invaluable. I put my trust in her abilities and let her take the lead. My house sold for a great deal more than I ever expected. I highly recommend her.

Marny was recommended to me by a mutual friend when I moved to Los Angeles. I was in a very vulnerable state having just moved my children to this new city. She was able to guide me to areas with good school districts and infrastructure. I had my heart set on a bungalow but there were 12 other people interested in it and somehow Marny worked her magic and I was able to buy it. I highly recommend her.

Six years ago we moved to Malibu from New York. We chose Marny Maslon as our realtor after attending an Open House in Pacific Palisades. We were so impressed by her attention to detail in the showing of her clients home on that day as well as her warm and welcoming demeanor. Although Malibu was not her territory. She quickly consulted colleagues in the area for advice and assistance. We had 3 days to find a home and Marny was able to show us our favorite on Easter morning! She brought in the best inspectors and our close was seamless. Flash forward 4 years, we decided to downsize. Marny enlisted an amazing photographer and stager and selling our home swiftly and painlessly. Managing to tackle the back and forth of an aggressive purchasers demands. In turn, Marny also found our new townhome 7 miles north of our previous home. She was sensitive to the areas you need to sacrifice when downsizing by finding a place with great amenities, backyard space and lots of storage. In short, whether buying or selling your home, you wont be disappointed with Marny by your side.
