Douglas Elliman Real Estate

I purchased a home in East Patchogue in 2021. I didnt have an agent, and seller agent became my agent. I got screwed over by seller agent, buyers attorney and had the worst experience ever. Barbara made whole negative experience in to only positive one. Ive never worked with an agent who is so professional, reliable, responsible and provides above and beyond service. If it wasnt for Barbara, I dont think I would be able to sell my home. Barbara truly impressed me. Ive contacted other agents in the area, and many of them recommended Barbara is the only one who can sell any home including expired or unique houses which are not the easiest to sell. She definitely watches out for her clients best interest. Not only she worked as an agent but she literally watched out for my home, always reminded me before due date, everything Barbara recommended and warned me was 100% correct! I highly recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking to sell their home in Long Island. I can guarantee 100% there is no other agent who will work harder for you and not make any mistakes. Going forward I will only work with Barbara Leogrande because she is truly the BEST agent you can work with in Long Island. I appreciate her so much!

I highly recommend Barbara Leogrande. This is the second home Barbara has sold for me, and once again she did an outstanding job from beginning to end. Barbara knows the local market extremely well, gives sound advice, and is always responsive and available when needed. This particular sale became more complicated than expected toward the end, and Barbara stayed on top of everything, communicated constantly, and did everything she could to keep the transaction moving forward. Having an experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent makes a real difference. After working with Barbara on two home sales, I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in the Bayport-Blue Point area.

Barbara was amazing to work with. She made the selling of our house easy and seamless. We feel so lucky to have had the pleasure of having Barbara as our agent.

My fiancA(C)e and I learned about Barbara from a friend and it was one of the best recommendations we have ever received. Barbara was fantastic at explaining options and simplifying the process for us as first time home buyers. She was honest, never pressured us, and cared like we were her own children.

Barbara helped me sell my co-op in just one week and made the process of securing the house of my dreams just as seamless. Her knowledge of both buying and selling real estate is truly unmatched. Throughout the entire process, my fiancA(C) and I felt completely confident trusting Barbara to guide us through every important decision. She was always responsive, professional, and had our best interests at heart. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
