In the past 10 years no other home in our development had sold for as much as ours, and that record still stands almost 1 year later.Tiffany made selling our home a priority. She was ALWAYS available to personally do all the showings, so that potential buyers were aware of all the highlights our home featured. We were always given feedback from all buyers and any brokers that viewed our home, and very explicitly explained how our home compared to others on the market and what needed to be done, on our part, to get the highest price.
