Irene (Renee) Rallis is a very experienced, dedicated and hard-working professional. She takes her job very seriously and is responsive and informative. She made sure that my home was in the best possible shape to show it and get the highest price possible. She effectively marketed the house, supervising professional photos and preparing brochures. With her background in law, she is a skilled negotiator. She does her homework and priced the house right to get us numerous offers well over asking price. We faced challenges selling an older home and having to bring certain things up to code, but she was there for us pitching in, even when we were away, to get projects completed and the house ready. Renee also found us a new home, she worked with us to find a beautiful and unique home by the water. Buying a house is the biggest purchase you will make and is very stressful, knowing you have someone on your side who cares about meeting your needs is crucial.

Irene and Richard helped us, first when we bought our new home and then, since that process was so smooth, in selling our old one. Our assumptions about the market were clearly not as accurate as hers. She didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, but what we thought we needed to hear. Thanks to her (them really) we made our old house more sellable; they conducted open houses and negotiated on our behalf with the eventual buyers. I also appreciated she had us look at houses within the parameters we set up (we had the experience years ago when we looked at houses then, of brokers not listening to what we wanted, and sent us off on many properties which had nothing to do with our requests; this was not the case this time. So I can easily recommend Irene as a real estate broker for your needs.

Renee was absolutely flawless throughout the process. My wife and I have sold many houses on our own but didnt feel confident with a piece of land.
