Darren was amazing on my apartment search. Very hands on the process from searching to actually landing my apartment. He was very professional, knowledge, and he cares about his clients.

John has been an extremely valuable advisor during our journey to sell our starter home and search for our forever home. The forever home will be a multi-generational home adding complexity to the transaction. John not only knows the market, the area, and the business in general, but handles the psycological and emotional aspect of the house hunt. This is where he really stands out! Cannot recommend working with John enough.

Patty is a great real estate broker, and we would recommend her without hesitation. She was instrumental in helping my husband and I buy a condo in Midtown East this spring. Patty is extremely responsive and knowledgeable at all stages of the deal, as was everyone she recommended we work with to complete our deal (mortgage agent and real estate attorney who were both excellent). When we were shopping, she was VERY honest about the pros and cons of each apartment and spoke frankly about how negotiable everything was (or wasnt!). When we picked an apartment she was very timely but thorough during the negotiation process and getting us to contract. She was very on top of the board application process, and was very fast in answering all of our questions. At the walkthrough, she made sure that a small (but costly!) repair was made and she even brought her own phone charger to check that all of the outlets were working. In short, Patty is great! If youre looking on the Upper East Side or in Midtown East - she is an expert and will be invaluable to your home search!

John was everything we?d hoped for in an agent. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind while helping us through the sale of the house we?d lived in for 64 years. John helped us with what we didn?t know, being first time sellers. Any obstacles we encountered John helped us keep them in perspective. We highly recommend John!

Worked with Darren after being referred by a friend whos house he listed and sold in 2019. My experience was great from start to finish. Darren was completely transparent throughout the process and communicated frequently all updates. We felt as though he was always working to get our house sold and never had to stay on top of him like other brokers. By the end of the process we has several high caliber potential buyers to choose from. We were extremely satisfied and definitely would and have referred to him other friends and family.
