Douglas Elliman

This is now my third time using Gus and have had the best experiences every time. This time he helped sell my family home and got us multiple offers over asking and guided us through the best path for a quick and easy close.

We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor. Our home was sold in just two weeks with multiple offers, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and expertise. He was always available to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. His responsiveness and dedication truly set him apart. Because of his hard work, we were able to move to Atlanta smoothly and without stress. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

We had a great experience working with Marco! He was professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and we were able to sell the apartment in just one day!

Marco did such an amazing job making our first home buying experience memorable . He was patient and explained everything to us. Because of Marco, we wound up looking at a home that was not even on our radar and is now our first home ! We truly could not have done this process without him and can not recommend him enough.

I am so impressed by Margaret Biegelman's negotiation skills. She managed to navigate a tricky, competitive situation, securing a price that exceeded our expectations. Her proactive approach to marketing and staging resulted in multiple offers within days. Her professionalism and strategic advice during the closing process made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. She truly advocates for her clients! Furthermore, Margaret Biegelman went above and beyond! She not only recommended competent repairmen when needed, but met them at my house to insure the job was completed successfully! This was especially appreciated since I was not available. I wholeheartedly recommend Margaret.
