Missy handled our real estate transaction with a high degree of professionalism and is a terrific source of local knowledge. Her assistance with picking out a second home was a valuable resource.

Missy is INCREDIBLE!!! I am such a picky person and have worked with a number of brokers over the years, and I truly cannot sing Missys praises enough. She completely understood what I was looking for and knew exactly how to guide me through every step of the process. It truly felt like having a friend who also happened to have incredible expertise helping you find a home. There was no question too big or too small that she couldnt answer. Missy is truly the best of the best!

Elizabeth handled the sale of my home in Hampton Bays. When searching for an agent, I used public sales data to find the agent with the most sales and best pricing/time on market and she had the best track record. When I started working with her it was obvious why- she understood the market very well and gave very good suggestions throughout the process. She followed up persistently with leads and presented the property in the best possible light. Her pricing strategy was spot on - it had to be adjusted slightly lower as the market slowed after the initial listing, but the final outcome wasn't far from how she set the initial expectations. She also understands how to deal with difficult personalities and resolve issues that nearly derailed our deal multiple times. Her commission rate was in line with market and worth every penny. Highly recommend her without hesitation. In a slow real estate market it doesn't make sense to work with anyone other than the top agent in the market.

Elizabeth is our go-to East End realtor for both buying and selling homes. Shes incredibly knowledgeable, knows the market inside and out, and always gives honest advice we can trust. We truly value her opinion, expertise, and guidance every step of the way. Whether youre buying your dream home or selling your current one, she knows how to get the deal done. Working with Elizabeth is always a pleasureaEUR"we wouldnt want to do it with anyone else!

My wife and I had the best experience working with Missy to find a home. Her local knowledge is exactly why we found our perfect house. We couldnt be happier and would recommend Missy to anyone looking to buy in the area.
