Douglas Elliman

We had an amazing experience with Maresca and we truly cannot recommend her enough! From our very first consultation call, she was friendly, professional and explained everything so clearly. She made the entire home-buying process feel much less overwhelming. Throughout our search, she was always communicative, punctual, and willing to show us any home we were interested in. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us feel confident in every decision. We ended up in a few competitive situations, and she was so great at walking us through our options without ever making us feel pressured. When faced with challenges, she remained action-focused which made the process way less stressful. When we asked for advice, she gave honest and thoughtful guidance that helped us make the best choices for us. Most importantly, it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. Thanks to her, we found our dream townhome, and we are so grateful. Well absolutely be recommending her to everyone we know!

Maresca Visone at Douglas Elliman aEUR" Mid-Atlantic provided excellent customer service throughout my experience. She understood exactly what I was looking for and never put any pressure on me to make a purchase. Maresca consistently went above and beyond, even helping with details related to the purchase that many agents might overlook. She is incredibly industrious and truly works hard for her clients. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Maresca Visone to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.

Maresca was amazing! We loved working with her so much that we can't say enough great things about her. She was always able to work with our busy schedule, and she listened carefully to what we wanted out of a home. After every house that we visited, she took all our thoughts into account and applied that criteria to the next home we saw, eventually leading us to our forever home! We always felt confident with Maresca because she gave great advice and provided us with everything we needed to make the right decision. She also became a fantastic advocate to make my wife and I stand out against other buyers. In addition, she was a great resource for lawyers, inspectors, movers and anything else we needed. Overall, Maresca is a kind and supportive individual and we would highly recommend her.

Maresca is the best!!! The whole process of buying a home can be very stressful, but her guidance and support along the way made everything as easy as possible. My fiancA(C) and I felt like she really cared about us and was looking out for our best interests from day one looking at properties to closing day. We can't say enough good things about her! 10 stars!

Maresca was fantastic in making my dream a possibility, from a remote cold call, to connecting me to loan agent , basically everything that I needed. She was Heaven sent.
