We were introduced to Tim via my relocation company in Oct 2017. He is so down to earth, knowledgeable, and super honest about homes and areas he showed us. Our budget is not high but he treats us like VIPs. When we ask about a particular home, he would find out all the information to let us make a decision. We are friendly but not exactly easily satisfied, but he is never too busy for us (and I know how busy he is!). We totally trust his opinion) to answer questions or see a place.He found a new build for us that we absolutely loved, and we were able to get under contract in the pre sale phase. Unfortunately it didn't work out due to delay in city permit for over a year; he checked with the builder almost every week on the status for us (without us asking). When we gave up on the house after over a year of waiting, he worked with us to cancel the contract right away. Even now, when he sees a place that might fit our needs, he sends it to us right away. He also makes recommendations on other things when we ask, from restaurants to financial advisors. We couldn't thank him enough for all that he has done for us for the past 18 months. It feels great to know someone really cares! I recommends him 100% if you need a best Realtor in the LA area.

Hazel Perezs honesty and knowledge of the area that we were looking in is what first impressed us the most about her. We liked her so much that we decided to hire her to sell our property. During the year that Hazel was in charge of our listing, she was diligent in keeping us informed about market conditions in the area as well as the specifics related to potential buyers that were interested in looking at our property.She was always prepared to give us background information about each potential buyer, to make sure they were qualified, prior to our agreeing to permit them to view our home. She rented my house to a criminal in 2018 that never paid the rent. The application she received included two totally contradicting credit reports for the applicant and when I questioned it, she told me that discrepancies happen in credit reports which I discovered later is in fact totally false and represents a huge red flag to not rent to such an applicant... Hazel is just after her commission and have to no work ethic. I almost lost the house to the bank and my net financial loss is $30 000 (it took 6 months to get that fraudulent tenant evicted). The Board of Real Estate is investigating her.
