Ivan Estrada did an incredible job selling my home in the Hollywood Hills. From start to finish, he was professional, strategic, and fully committed to getting the best possible outcome for me. He negotiated strongly on my behalf and made sure my interests were protected every step of the way. His market knowledge, communication, and confidence in the process really stood out. Being in the mortgage industry myself, I understand how important it is to choose the right agent. Selecting Ivan to represent me in the sale of my home was absolutely the right decision. I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and results driven real estate professional.

Ivan was a wonderful agent. He helped us navigate a very difficult transaction with responsiveness, positivity, and humor. He was honest and professional throughout our search and the offer/closing process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Ivan. He was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice on timing, how to prepare our house for sale and guided us through negotiations expertly. He is strategic and will work hard for you.

Ivan was so helpful in the purchase of our new home in West Hollywood! We appreciated his honest feedback on each home that we toured. When we found our dream home, he guided us through the offer process, helping us negotiate a deal that was below the listing price. He and his team were very responsive to questions throughout the process, and Ivan has even sent us helpful furniture and decor ideas after closing. Overall, Ivan is professional, friendly, communicative, and knowledgeableaEUR" we recommend him without hesitation.

We were extremely pleased working with Ivan Estrada who represented us in the sale of our home in Westwood Hills. Ivan was great, from his initial meeting with us through the closing. He was incredibly attentive, walked us through the process and addressed all our questions and concerns. And he's a pleasure to work with. He was there when we needed him and even before we realized we needed him for a particular concern. We had a great experience with him!
