Clare was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Clare had lots of useful tips about the neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable about the homes and how one feature compared to others that she or we had seen, so she was able to give good guidance re price. We felt very much that she was looking out for our interests and quickly understood what we were looking for in a new home, which saved time and made us feel that we'd seen what was available for us. Clare was also very helpful throughout the negotiation and the process from agreeing a price with the seller, right through contract signing to closing on the home.

We are extremely grateful having selected Clare to source our holiday home. With an efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable and honest manner, our journey which could have been stressful as we reside overseas was flawless from start to finish. I cannot recommend Clare's professional manner enough, Thank you Clare.

Clare responded to my initial enquiry about a rental property in 2020, and the rest is history! Working with her to secure multiple rentals and, ultimately, to purchase a home has been an incredible experience. Throughout the process, Clare went above and beyond to accommodate us and answered all of our questions. Her professionalism has continued even after closing; I can reach out to Clare anytime, and she always responds quickly with knowledgeable recommendations for local service providers. Clare is extremely honest, and I always felt that my happiness mattered more to her than any commission. I highly recommend having Clare represent you as a buyer!

I would not have my amazing property in the Hamptons without Clare. She guided me through every step of the purchasing process - she was there for any questions day and night, explained survey results, local requirements which she was extremely knowledgeable in. She connected me with an amazing group of local resources from legal to surveyors to maintenance - all of who did an amazing job. I trust that Clare has my interest at heart and she guided me to a property that she knew I would love to live in but also one that was a good investment in the long term. She is also so much fun to work with and brings an amazing energy to what she does. I would highly recommend you having her as your agent - you will never regret it!!!

Clare was a tremendous help. We sold our place within a month. She went to extra mile on everything Clare has a large contact of potential buyers. She had many open houses. We were very impressed with her hard work, responsiveness, and her ability to get over any obstacle We highly recommend Clare!
