Digital Realty

Buying my first home with Billy was a pleasure and a great experience. Billy was very accommodating to all my needs, knowledgeable and very responsive. Throughout all the process Billy explained me very well all the details, he provided great responses to all my questions and advised me how to submit a winning offer which helped me a lot being a first time buyer. He also has a great team that he is working with that makes all the closing process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Billy.

As first-time home buyers, we were incredibly lucky to have Billy as our realtor. He and his team kindly and promptly answered our many questions. Billys wealth of knowledge about houses helped us make informed decisions when narrowing down our choices. He has assembled an excellent team, which made each step of the process go very smoothly. In addition, he is also a great negotiator and ensured that we got a deal we were happy with. We highly recommend working with Digital Realty!

Billy was an incredible partner throughout our home buying process. As first time buyers, there was a lot that we needed to learn and Billy helped educate us on what the process would be like, what to expect, what we should prioritize and much more. He was always extremely responsive and professional and helped us tour homes that we were interested in quickly and helped us to eliminate ones that weren't up to our standards. He always asked the right questions at showings and was a true advocate for us as buyers. If you're looking for someone who understands the industry, can connect you with the right people to help with mortgage and closing, all with a positive, professional attitude, Billy is definitely your guy! Thanks so much Billy!

We rented an apartment remotely from abroad. It was wonderful working with Billy! The virtual tour, communication with the landlord, and paperwork all went smoothly with Billy, despite the time difference. I would 100% recommend him to future tenants!

My partner and I rented from Billy and his team for 7 years and could not say better things. Billy was always responsive when needed, took quick action on any maintenance, and made sure that we continued to have a comfortable living experience during our time in our Watertown unit. In the chaos of the greater-Boston renting market, Billy and team were a dream. Thanks for everything!
