Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty

Julie was absolutely amazing to work with for our first home purchase. Being new to the process, we didnt know what to expect but Julie provided us with guidance and really helped made this process as easy as possible. We highly recommend her.

I was having a horrible experience purchasing my first home with my previous realtor. However, Julie turned everything around and made it seamlessly stress free. One and done!

I recently bought a rental property with Julie, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Shes extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her professionalism and how smoothly she made everything go from start to finish. I loved working with her and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for an agent!

Julie is a fantastic realtor to pick. She is knowledgeable about the St. Louis market and sets realistic expectations while prioritizing her clients comfort. We bought during a competitive sellers market, and Julie walked us through every step of the way. She goes above and beyond with communication, even after closing, and has been so responsive and willing to troubleshoot issues. Although Julie has other clients, we barely noticed because she manages her time so well and prioritizes all her clients even during the busiest real estate season. We will absolutely go with Julie again in the future and would recommend her to anyone.

Julie is amazing! Easy to work with, knowledgeable, tenacious, ALWAYS smiling and is extremely responsive! I absolutely loved working with her and wouldnt use anyone else to go into a real estate transaction!!
