Dickson Realty

Ms Cooney did a phenomenal job as our realtor. She found numerous properties that fit our criteria. She did a great job with negotiations, was around for the inspections as we lived out of the area at the time. We would highly recommend Ms. Cooney.

Beth is so knowledgeable, professional and kind she manages to make the huge and complex task of buying a new home seamless, fast and fun. I would recommend Beth to anyone looking for the very best.

Beth was a joy to work with! She is well versed and explained the process at each step in the purchase of our new home and sale of our former home. Beth is a "people person" and went out of her way to satisfy our every request and need! I would strongly recommend her services in the sale or purchase of your real estate.

Beth is responsive, resourceful and there to help every step of the way. Her knowledge and understanding of the area and market made things very easy for us. Had our property on the market within days resulting in a quick offer and closing. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.

This is the third time Ive worked with Beth to sell and purchase a home, which should indicate how much I respect her expertise, guidance, and understanding. Beth is very easy to aEUR~work with, always accessible and responsive for any concerns, and keeps you informed during the whole process. Although I dont plan on selling or purchasing another home for a bit, I will easily come back to her if/when I do.
