Beth acted as our realtor for the purchase of a new home and the sale of our old home so our experience with her was on both as buyer and seller. Beth did an excellent job of staying on top of all the moving parts of both transactions. Dealing with mortgage companys on both deals provided some anxious moments for us and Beth was able to keep us relatively calm while at the same time getting to the bottom of the various hurdles that had to be crossed. In the end both deals closed and we are now enjoying our new home. Throughout the process, Beth made sure that we knew what was going on each step of the way. When our old house appraisal fell $5K short of the offered price she first pointed out the flaws in the appraisal to the mortgage company. When her well written rebuttal to the appraisal was ignored, Beth successfully negotiated for the buyers to pick up the difference. In addition to being a diligent, hard working, extremely knowledgable realtor, Beth Cooney is a lot of fun to be around. Our time spent with her was not only productive, it was enjoyable which is saying a lot considering the pressure one is under when buying and selling their home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Beth Cooney to any of my friends or relatives when they are looking for a good real estate agent.
