My wife, Liz and I, had the pleasure of meeting Justin thru a mutual friend. I initially spoke with Justin on the phone, who set up search parameters based on EXACTLY what we wanted. We came up to Reno and started our tour with Justin. He is very personal and extremely efficient and conscious of everyones time. He is very aware that our time is equally as valuable as his, something I appreciate tremendously. We had about 8 homes to look at. With Justin encouragement we rated the homes on a scale of 1-5, eliminating anything under 3. This was very helpful. At the end of the afternoon we had found one that we really like and Justin jumped on the phone to call the listing agent and we presented a good offer that was accepted the following morning. Justin, your professionalism is unsurpassed, your honesty is appreciated, you answered all our questions with the utmost respect. Any questions or concerns that came up during escrow were answered in a timely fashion with the help of his team and wonderful wife, Mindy. Just this past weekend, I went to look at another property and Justin and Mindy extended an invitation to stay at their home. This is unheard of. Not only have I gained a realtor, I have gained partner, friends and an extended family. I would without any hesitation recommend Justin and his team to anyone that has interest in property in the Reno area.

Mindy is flat out awesome. She worked in home building before and is extremely knowledgeable about homes beyond what's public info. She gave us great background on the companies that built the houses, specifics about fixtures and upgrades done to homes we would have never thought about, and important things to be aware of for each community in Reno.Because we were moving to Reno from across the country, this information was invaluable especially since we only had a day to tour homes. Mindy carved out the entire day for us and explained every single thing imaginable that was great about the houses we wanted to look at, as well as things we should be aware of.When we picked the house we wanted, Mindy helped us with negotiations and was very upfront about the true worth of the home and honestly had our best interests in mind.Home buying is new to us, but Mindy walked us through every single step and explained every sentence we didn't understand in the contracts (if the question was directed towards the bank or sellers, Mindy usually had the answer for us before they did).Looking back, it was a good (but stressful) experience. But if your finances are good, then it's as easy as telling Mindy which house you want, when you want to move in, and signing your name about 150 times. She'll take care of the rest. A good agent makes all the difference, and Mindy is excellent.

There arent enough good things I can say about the house-buying process with Mindy. As a first time and single home buyer Mindy educated me on the process and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She was quick to respond to any and all questions and brought up things that I wouldnt have even thought to ask. I truly appreciated how Mindy took the time to really get to know me and understand what I was looking for in a home, so much so that we both had goose-bumps when we found the right one. Needless to say, I am a fan of Mindy Hertz and would without a doubt recommend her to anyone and everyone.

This woman is amazing, I have never seen someone care so much. Without her our new home would not have been possible. She met us at appointments and even took notes. She went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
