Dickerson & Nieman Realtors

Brad was absolutely incredible to work with. He was responsive, honest, and completely on top of every detail from start to finish. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and his knowledge of the market is spot-on! If you want a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Brad is the one! Highly recommend.

Brad met with us as soon as we arrived in Rockford from Washington, showed us five terrific homes, we made an offer the same day and closed nine days later. Brad is professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient and terrific to work with. If you are selling or buying, he's your agent!!

Brad saved the day for us and we will be forever grateful. We actually hired a different realtor, who misled us and overpriced our home. Brad graciously jumped in to help us - and sold our house twice, after our first sale fell through. He is a wealth of knowledge with the market, pricing, and strategies. He absolutely held our hand throughout the process, guided us, cheered with us, and we valued his opinion SO MUCH. Everything he touched during our home sale was smooth - including showings, photographing the house, and shooting a video of the home. When our initial sale fell through, he didnt flinch and had us back under contract less than 48 hours later. We are so grateful for Brad, his skill set, and all his help! He is TRULY the best at what he does.

Working with Brad Martin at Dickerson & Nieman was an outstanding experience. As a pharmacist who values precision, I really appreciated his attention to detail, quick communication, and proactive updates throughout the process. Brad is friendly, professional, and easy to trust as he made everything smooth and stress-free. When small issues came up he handled them calmly and efficiently, always finding solutions before they became problems. His knowledge of the Rockford and Rockton markets and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart. I highly recommend Brad to anyone looking for a realtor who is dependable, responsive, and goes above and beyond every step of the way.

Brad was very knowledgeable throughout the selling process, always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions along the way. He was recommended to us and I would recommend him again to anyone.
