Ed was the best! Buying a home can be stressful but his expertise and knowledge of market (along with his calm demeanor) made our purchase seamless. I would give him our highest recommendation.

We used Ed to help sell our unit in Bay Point Harbor, he was on top of everything and helped us get the price we wanted quickly. I do not live in the area and Ed was very helpful lining up trades people to help with some minor work we need to get done. All in all it was a pleasure to work with Ed to get outstanding results!

Simply the best! I had the pleasure of working with Ed as both a buyer and a seller. Ed is a person of the highest integrity and his knowledge of the local market, marketing strategies and responsiveness are second to none. From the beginning, I had complete confidence in Ed and he did not disappoint. I was extremely pleased with the process and outcome of both transactions. Thank you Ed! Moira D

Ed did a fantastic job selling my father's house. It was a very tough time as it was an estate sale and I was out of state. He helped in so many ways going above and beyond just showing the house.
