Diamondback Real Estate

I've bought and sold multiple properties over the years, and I can say without hesitation that Tammy Borgmeyer is the kind of real estate agent everyone hopes to find but rarely does. She is exceptionally competent, resourceful, honest, and genuinely invested in her clients' best interests. There's a reason I've continued to work with her for more than five years! Tammy originally helped me purchase my Tucson property, and when it came time to sell, there was never a question about who I would call. By then, I was living overseas, and the sale turned out to be far more complicated than anticipated. Between managing a unique property with two separate homes, tenant issues, repairs, and all the inevitable surprises, I needed someone who could do far more than list a property and wait for offers. Tammy was exactly that person. What impresses me most about Tammy is that her commitment to her clients doesn't begin and end with a commission. She has helped me navigate other real estate matters over the years, often stepping in to offer guidance or assistance when she had absolutely no obligation to do so. She has also referred me to other excellent professionals when their expertise was better suited to my needs rather than trying to handle everything herself. That level of integrity and sound professional judgment is rare. When you're making major financial decisions from thousands of miles away, you need more than a capable agent. You need someone whose judgment you trust, who will look out for the details you might miss, and who genuinely has your back. That's Tammy. I have never felt like just another client or transaction. Tammy has earned my loyalty through years of consistently demonstrating her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care. I trust her judgment, I trust her integrity, and I trust her to represent my interests. If you're buying or selling real estate in Tucson, do yourself a favor and call Tammy Borgmeyer. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. She has earned every bit of this five-star review and then some!

Tammy blew us away with her prompt professionalism. I have been renting for the past 6 years and in that time have worked with other realtors. With that said, Tammy is easily the best I have personally worked with. She listens and never once made me feel pressured, especially regarding finances. If you want a realtor that will work for you, Tammy is the person to go to. If for any reason I plan to sell my home in the future, Tammy would be the first to know. She knows her craft and made the home buying process easier and more fun than I could have ever imagined.

I used Tammy to purchase another home in Tucson, AZ. Closed on new home in July 2025. Tammy was very helpful during the whole process, especially arranging for all the inspections and keeping everything on track. She was very good at communication and kept me well informed of all the steps along the way.

We were thrilled to work with Tammy when she helped us buy our house a few years ago and when we decided to sell, there was no question that we would hire her again. She went above and beyond in every regard, from working with us to put our house in the best light and price it correctly to helping us analyze and respond to a tricky real estate market. She recommended vendors and helped manage repairs, walked us through all the paperwork and guided us every step of the way. When you're buying or selling a house and making such significant financial decisions, it's really critical to have an experienced advocate on your side who can provide sage advice and/or encouragement, as needed. Tammy excels at her job and you won't find a better real estate professional.

A double rainbow appeared during the first house showing with Tammy and we felt we had hit the jackpot with Tammys skillset. Tammy became our aEUR~double rainbow realtor. As out of town buyers, who had spent some time in Tucson, we knew we wanted to live on the east side. She reliably and quickly answered our many questions about living on the east side of town and the purchasing process. She advocated for us during the buying process. With her project management background, Tammy made it easy for us to understand the Arizona home purchasing process and critical deadlines. We very much appreciated the notebook of important documents she provided on the closing date. As new residents of Tucson, we requested a list of possible Tucson home maintenance services. Her recommendations have been stellar. We are happy homeowners and enjoy viewing double rainbows from our beautiful backyard!
