Diamond Point Properties

I have purchased and sold over ten homes over the past three years with Ann Marie as my representative. She has been tremendous to work with. She is knowledgeable and has a keen understanding of the negotiation process. She also helped stage several of the homes we have sold. Highly recommended!!!

Ann Marie did a fantastic job finding the house we were looking for. She has been the only agent I will work with on purchasing a home as this is the second home she has helped me buy. I would highly recommend working with Ann Marie. She really knows her stuff.

I have not yet worked with anyone as Thorough as.Ms. Ramirez. We did a 1031wh8ch we although would be a huge hassle, but with her knowledge, Ann Marie made it easy as a walk in the park. Treated me like family, not a customer. She seemed to care so genuinely for my girlfriend and my position. Was a great experience and would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

Annmarie listened to my requests I had when looking for a home and did everything to meet those requests. She was knowledgeable in negotiation skills and worked with me to get a great contract that worked for me and the seller.
