My family and I met with with Anne recently to list our families camp for sale. We called her agency because they are known as incredibly knowledgeable in the area. Anne had a very reasonable listing price in mind and I appreciated all the time she took with us. She was on time and came prepared. She had the camp listed within 24 hours and she even had a space reserved for our listing in an upcoming real estate advertisement before we had even met. I am very happy with her services and professionalism!

My husband and I arrived to our house showing appointment about 10 minutes early. We figured being punctual would be the polite thing to do. Anne Bailey was over 10 minutes late to the appointment. My husband and I ended up leaving before she even got there because we figured she was a "no show," and we were tired of waiting. Mind you, it was a 90 degree plus day outside. We have a small baby, and it was far too hot outside to wait any longer for her than we did. Very frustrating. Once she finally did show up, she sent me an email asking if we would come BACK to the house... At which point, we were not even close to the area anymore. I explained to her our situation with the baby, and how we were not wanting to wait any longer than we did because of the heat, and that we would not be travelling all the way back to the house. All I got was a one word reply, "sorry." We never heard anything else from her. She didn't even bother to follow up to see if we were still interested in the property, or to see if we wanted to reschedule a showing. Highly unprofessional, and disappointing.
