Cavan is awesome. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. Super responsive and knows South Florida very well. He helped my wife and I find our first home. I've heard the homebuying process can be stressful but Cavan was able to limit that stress and get us into a great home for a great price.

So my landlord raised my rent and I began looking for another place. I contacted Amber Taylor to see if she had any rental listings. After listening to my rental requirements, she asked why I was spending so much money on rent when I could buy a house that would be nicer and possibly even less money each month than my rent. I was skeptical but when she showed me the numbers, it started to make sense. And then she came up with a bunch of really great houses to tour and I was all in. Within just a few short weeks, she found me a great house and she was right, it was affordable! She handled the entire process super professionally and it went off without a hitch. A few years later I decided to move to another part of town and called her up again. She listed the place and we had some really great offers almost immediately. Again she handled the entire closing process for me and I barely had to lift a finger. Super easy! Amber really knows the area, she's super friendly, and she really knows how to find something that is right for you, and when you're ready to sell, she'll be there for you too!!! Without hesitation I will use Amber Taylor again when it's time to sell this place and move on!
