I am a first-time homebuyer and I had the easiest, yet craziest home buying experience with Christine and her team. I had only started looking at places for a short period until I came across a place that I really liked. I asked Christine if it would sell really fast due to the crazy market as a result of the pandemic. She said that yes, most places go by within a weekend. The place I had my eye on had a deadline within just days, so she expedited the process of helping me tour the place and put down an offer right before the deadline. After we placed our offer, Christine and her team said they had a good feeling about it. Well, the listing agent got back to us that same evening with news that OUT OF 10 OFFERS, WE HAD THE WINNING OFFER. It was unbelievable.Now, Id like to explain how she did it. First of all, Christine is an expert in her field. My family immigrated to America from Cambodia so there was a slight language barrier alongside the fact that they were not familiar with the current housing market. Christine made herself available to speak with my father over the phone and answered any questions we had relating to buying property. She was very patient, empathetic, and understanding as English wasnt my fathers first language. Christine had essentially held our hand throughout the entire process, explaining all real estate terms and processes without missing a beat. I imagine that she honed her eloquent speaking skills and charisma to create a strong rapport with the listing agent, which might have helped our offer.Second, she was very responsive. No matter what time of day, whether 11pm at night or 8am, she was very prompt with any questions or concerns I had. This simmered down any anxiety I had about buying because I knew that I could trust her. This demonstrated her high level of professionalism to me.Lastly, shes created such a strong network with the best of the best in other areas of the home buying process, such as my lender, her assistant, Emmy, and her colleague Liz. They were all responsive and kept me up to date with all the steps I needed to complete before closing. I felt safe with their guidance.I was fortunate enough to have known Christine before choosing her has my real estate agent. Shes always had an incredible work ethic and a great attitude with any challenge that crosses her path. I am so happy with everything.Thank you, Christine and Nieva Inc!!

I recently worked with Christine while buying my very first home. As a first time home buyer I didn't know the ins and outs of the entire process which can be a very daunting feeling with such a big decision. Christine not only guided me through the entire process but was always prepared with background knowledge, contacts to reach out to and was easily reachable. With the tight timeline ahead of us, Christine was always responsive whether it was 7am or 12am during the day. She was always more than willing to go through all the options available to me which displayed her strong negotiation skills in ensuring a good deal was made. I would compare her negotiations skills to that of a chess player. She was ALWAYS 5 steps ahead and had a plan of action for each possible outcome. This made it a smooth process and I was always prepared to make a smart decision i was comfortable with. I was able to trust her judgement and guidance and am so fortunate to have met her just in time for my home search. She has a gift of leading and working with all parties involved in the home buying process that allows you to breath and enjoy the ride instead of stressing out. I absolutely would recommend working with her. When buying a home, you want someone that you are able to trust that has your best interest at hand. With Christine you will get that and the fierce spark that comes from working with her. Thank you so very much for everything Christine. I'm looking forward to the coming years in my starter home hoping that it may even by my forever home. My family and I will always be grateful for your help and guidance.
