Christine was recommended to me by my best friend when I begin the process of selling my second home. However, I thought I would use the same realtor I used to sell my first home in 2020, thinking it would be a good experience. I was wrong. I would reach to my realtor asking to meet to go over things and discuss details of selling my home. She would respond and tell me she would get back to me the next day. That didnt happen and I didnt sweat it because I thought she was super busy with clients as she did in 2020. But it happened multiple times forgetting to call or schedule her meeting. Finally, I decided to take my best friends advice and contact Christine. I begin to notice a difference of what a realtor should do and how they operate their business. For starters, I never had to keep reaching out to her just to get her business. One text and she got started right away, scheduling the first meeting to discuss my property and expectations. She consistently provided updates before I would ask and made me feel like she had my best interest at selling my property. Knowing what I know now, I have some regrets with going with my first realtor selling my first property. Granted, I gave her grace because it was during COVID but she treated me as thoguht she just didnt care or wasn't interested in selling my second home. So I did what anyone else would do, I went and found someone that would value me and my property. I just want to say thank you team Chrsitine for your patience and support. You made this a very easy process. I hope you know that when I sell again, we're coming straight to you. 2025 has been a season of trial and tribulations but I can say for certain, I never had any worries when Christine took care of my property.
