DEE AHR INC

Working with Blake was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Blake is very knowledgeable about the local market, professional, and always available to answer questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I always felt like our best interests were being looked out for, and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you are looking for a trustworthy, dedicated real estate agent, I highly recommend Blake.

David provides excellent, no-pressure real estate service! He has great communication and has made us feel very happy with our two Washington home purchases. Any time we have wanted to view a house he was able to arrange a viewing quickly. We bought our investment property while we were remote and he made the process very smooth. He is exceptionally personable, and we feel that he has gained the trust of the sellers' agents to effectively and honorably advocate for us as buyers. When I became a bit "obsessed" with our second home he was able to provide enough calm insight so that we could make a strong bid without overpaying, and truly reduced the stress associated with making a large purchase. David and his company have gone out of the way to make our experience streamlined and pampered all the way through! I referred him to a good friend who is also very happy with her purchase, and now my neighbors are asking for his contact as well! We wouldn't hesitate to employ him again for a sale or purchase!

Grishma did an outstanding job in helping us with purchasing our first investment property, She was there with us when we tour some of the properties we are interested and also help us in making offers to some of the properties. She have a lot the knowledge and expertise in her line of work. I will be reaching back again to her when we are ready to purchase another investment and will definitely refer her to friends and relatives who want to purchase new homes. She's a keeper!

I met Matt two years ago at an open house he was hosting. While we ultimately did not pursue the property, we were very impressed at his knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. He helped us search for the perfect home. Once we started the purchase process, Matt was always available for questions and allaying our concerns. I look forward to working with him again when the time comes!
