Tricia Michelson was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even though we didn't know her before the experience, we now consider her a friend. She was always helpful, understood what we were looking for, and has an excellent knowledge of the area and the home buying process in general.

We highly recommend Tricia Michelson if you're seeking integrity, professional expertise, knowledge of the Prescott/Prescott Valley area and thorough attention to the details of the process. Tricia was very accommodating to our need to be educated on the various communities and diligently sought out and showed us numbers of homes that fit our budget and needs. Her friendly, helpful demeanor was surpassed only by her patience and good humor. She was a joy to work with!

Tricia is prompt, informed, discrete, and easy to communicate and work with. In looking at a few homes, she always had the back ground information, was prompt in her appointents, and did not pressure me in the sale process. I would highly recommend her

Patti did a fantastic job for us! She knew the area, and what we were looking for. She did all the legwork. She found us a beautiful home on a wonderful property. She really knows the area.

My wife and I planned moving to the West Coast after my retirement. Prescott, AZ was one of several possible locations. We contacted Tricia and she worked with us over the 2 year period while we were attempting to decide. She spent hours showing us the area in general, then countless other hours narrowing locations. During the entire process, it was pleasant and without pressure. We are extremely pleased with the final decision and just closed on our wonderful new home this week. A big thanks to Tricia and I highly recommend her.
