Denniston realty

We never expected to find someone as dedicated and hard-working as Brandon. ?He put a buyers best interest first and demonstrates value and professionalism from answering our late-night texts to scrambling at the last minute to get our offer in on the house. He truly went above and beyond every single step of the way. We love our new home, and we wouldn't be standing right now if it weren't for his grit, knowledge, and heart. We will gladly recommend him to every single friend, family member, or neighbor we know who is looking to buy or sell. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process feel like an exciting adventure!!

Brandon did an awesome job in helping us find a home in Frankfort. He was friendly, informative, and an intelligent source of information in all areas of the real estate market. He is very familiar with the Frankfort, and far-reaching, surrounding areas. We couldnt be happier with our experience with Brandon!

Brandon was fantastic! We had trouble selling our house for nearly 2 years, and he stuck with us the entire time, even proposing solutions to our AR house situation, told us about the local area (we're transplants from AR), and his team was extremely timely when we needed (9 months pregnant and trying to get into a house before baby)! He communicated fast, was available nearly anytime we asked, and was even okay with spontaneous requests and suggestions at times. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Brandon did a great job with helping us throughout this process. He took time to explain things we didnt fully understand as first time home buyers. He was patient and went out of his way multiple times to show us homes in various areas. Hes personable, easy to work with and advocates for his clients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Helped us with buying our home in Lexington, Kentucky and selling our home in Louisville, Kentucky. Also helped my in laws buy in Georgetown, Kentucky and sell their house in Lexington, Kentucky.
