DeMarsh Real Estate

She went to our property, looked around, and told us what to expect and what we needed to do. If there was anything that needed to be done, she jumped right in and helped. She always kept us apprised of what was going on. She had our property sold in 4 months!

Eden was AMAZING!! Extremely easy to work with and works very hard for her clients! Eden was very up front about anything she noticed in the houses we looked at, she really wants to make sure you are getting what you want and for the right price! She went above and beyond for us and we couldn?t be happier!!!

Eden is exceptional at what she does. There is no other realtor I would trust more. Shes knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. She is hands down the only person I would use and I reccomend her often.

Eden?s extensive knowledge of the real estate market and assistance prior to listing our home were invaluable! Not only did Eden handle all of the logistics and required paperwork, but she also contributed sweat equity helping me to organize , box, and store personal items and touch up interior paint and repair a deck. She perused our possessions and helped me to move furniture and art work to show the home in its best light. She travels with tools in her car, and is ready for anything! When I needed a contractor to address an issue discovered in the inspection, she had someone there the next day. Eden is very ?high energy? and has moved the process along and made what could be have been a very stressful situation a pleasure. We are very fortunate to have had Eden list and sell our home!
