I had a fantastic experience working with Treza to sell our home! She is a true real estate professional who worked tirelessly to sucessfully sell our home in a difficult marekt. Her communication skills and responsiveness are excellent. Treza personally held our home open every weekend unitl it was sold. Well done Treza! Before the home was listed she worked to get it into prime selling condition...even addressing the small things. It was a lot of work and she did it all. The home inspection was completed and all maintenance issues were addressed. We had the termite inspection done and all repairs completed. The sewer inspection and video were compelted. The home was then listed for sale. In the end, we had two buyers competing for our home. Both offers were non-contingent. The offer we accepted was all cash, over asking, non-contingent with a 5 day close. And it closed in 5 days! How was that possible? It was only possible because of all the work Treza did in preparing the home for sale and then she was there to sell it. And sell it she did. I am grateful and highly recommend Treza!
