Never any push-back, attitude, or awkwardness no matter how many questions / concerns / emails / texts / last minute apprehensions we threw at her. (And we had quite a few!) Her online MLS listings came fast and made choosing which homes to see easy. She handled the listing agents, bid offers, and any setbacks with grace and aplomb. Kelly was outstanding. I had worked with a couple agents in the past and I thought they were all okay at the time, but I didnt know what I was missing until I worked with Kelly. She had endless knowledge about the condition of properties, the current market, and strategies on offers and negotiations. She went above and beyond digging up helpful info on property specifics. I tend to be a bit impulsive, and she definitely prevented me from making a couple mistakes. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind rather than just trying to make the sale. She was super responsive and on top of everything throughout the entire process. Id definitely work with her again.
