Kelly was an excellent agent for me. I had a tight budget and was looking for a fixer-upper, but in this seller's market in Northampton, it was really hard to find just the right house. Kelly was very patient as we searched for many months. She never pushed me to accept anything; to the contrary, she discouraged me from buying some houses that I later agreed would have been bad choices for me. I ended up getting a house that was great fit for me. Kelly was a strong negotiator and advocate for me. She also knows a lot about fixer-uppers and had a lot of great tips to offer me about houses, what bank to try for a good mortgage rate, and so many other things. Even when I was going through the closing process, when I had questions about terms or the process, I would ask Kelly since I knew she would respond fast (and even off hours!) to my questions, and she did without fail. She's also very nice and low-stress. I was really glad I ended up working with Kelly!
