Tiffany was amazing! Very responsive, very knowledgeable and helped us list, sell & close quickly. Were so happy with the whole process! We definitely recommend using Tiffany for your buying & selling needs!

Tiffany is amazing at what she does and as a person. The process was very simple and easy. Anytime I had a question no matter what she answered, and walked me through step by step. You want a person that you can trust and be honest with you during your process this woman is the one you want in your corner.

Super positive experience. Ms. Bracken did a wonderful job helping us sell our property. She was very responsive and provided professional references when we needed some additional work done, before closing. We live out of state and did not even have to travel Canton, OH, to complete the sale, thanks to Ms. Bracken's expertise, knowledge of the property sale process, and her judgement in connecting us with the right service providers, including a contractor we needed to do some maintenance before the sale and the Title agency that did the final paperwork at the closing. We strongly recommend Tiffany Bracken to anyone selling a house in the Canton, Ohio, area. Ms. Bracken is a true real estate professional. We are very glad we found her, after the first agent we used turned out to be not very committed to our interests/goals with respect to the listing on the MLS. (Call Ms. Bracken if you are selling a house in Canton and nearby towns/areas).

Working with Tiffany to buy our first home was a wonderful experience! Her expertise, professionalism, and knowledge of the process was clear from the beginning. She was always prepared, responsive, and willing to take the time to explain things, answer our questions, and make sure we felt confident in every decision we made. From the moment we walked in, we had a feeling that this was our home aEUR" and she knew it was the one, too! Her dedication & genuine care made the entire process seamless & efficient. We are so thankful for her transparency, support & patience. She truly went above & beyond. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and caring realtor. Thank you, Tiffany, for helping us turn that feeling into reality & always standing in our corner throughout this entire journey!
