Deerfield Valley Real Estate

Don was great throughout the whole buying process. He helped me narrow down my search via advice, showed me properties based on my focused criteria, kept the negotiation with the sellers moving forward, and was highly communicative though out letting me know what I needed to do and when. I would highly recommend him to any buyer. George

My experience was with Steve Goldfarb, who exhibited the knowledge required to fulfill my specific considerations when considering a home. As a client, I trusted his judgement and had confidence that he had my best interests at heart!

We spoke with a few realty companies before meeting Chad from Deerfield Valley Real Estate. He is awesome. He educated us on our options without trying to sway our decisions throughout the entire process. We live out of state so he and Don Koelsch helped out when we needed to let contractors in to make repairs so that the closing could take place on time. He is honest and respectful. He is excellent in negotiations. We got a little more than listing price. I'm so glad that we went with Chad. I highly recommend him.

Rich is an absolutely fantastic Realtor to work with. No one knows more about Dover (and the rest of the deerfield valley) and has a better finger on the pulse of the market there. He's very straightforward, honest, and easy to work with. We absolutely loved working with him.

Chad was a great asset in helping us purchase our vacation home in Dover. He was patient and very responsive. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase real estate in this area.
