Matt was incredible to work with! He managed to get an offer on my Blowing Rock property and have it under contract in less than 48 hours. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive, accessible, and communicated every update immediately. If you are looking to sell your property, I highly recommend Matt!

Matt and his team are outstanding, offering unique insights and first-hand knowledge of the area and properties. Matt is a clear communicator, responsive, accommodating and focused. The personal care and attention we received during the process was top notch. Thank you Matt!! Dylan & Stephanie

Matt did an excellent job in helping us find the right place in the High Country. He offered his viewpoints on the positives and negatives of each house we were interested in and didn't push us toward certain homes purely based on a higher price. That honesty certainly provided us confidence that we had selected the right realtor to help us find our home in the mountains. Matt also makes time upfront to ensure he understands the needs and wants of his clients. Definitely recommend!

We had an exceptional marketing and selling experience with Matt de Camara of de Camara Properties. Matt provided good judgement and wise counsel of what was needed to present the cabin well. During the offer and negotiation stages, Matt provided good counsel as to negotiating strategy which brought us to the desired result of selling and closing the transaction.

Working with Matt was amazing. He is a wonderful photographer and provided stunning images and drone footage of our home. He was also responsive and had access to a lot of local professionals such as electricians and handymen to make sure our home was in top condition. The entire process was seamless and working with Matt was a joy. I highly recommend!
