We selected Lisa Linn at Davis Real Estate, Inc to handle the sale of our cabin in the Pine Creek Valley (Cedar Run). Prior to listing with Lisa, we attempted to sell the property ourselves. At first, we got multiple inquiries, but when callers heard our asking price which reflected the high property values in the PCV, none of them wanted to even take a tour of the cabin.
