Davis Properties

Very well prepared and thorough. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the market. Spent lots of prep time and helped us understand the different locations along the area contemplated.

Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She's also very likeable and easy to work with. She was very patient with my wife and I, as we searched over a period of years for the perfect beach home. I highly recommend Carrie!

I purchased a home in Florida while still living in New York and needed a real estate agent who not only knew the area but was also responsive to my concerns and questions. Carrie was great throughout the process. She had numerous suggestions to make my offer stand out, was very communicative with my lender and title company, and worked well with the seller and their agent. This all made for a very smooth transaction.I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a knowledgeable and proactive real estate agent to give Carrie a call - she definitely knows the business!

Carrie is great! She was very good at guiding us through the entire process of buying our home. We highly recommend her! She listened and understood our needs. She was diligent and was very careful with details in the transaction.

When we decided it was time to sell our home we were confident Carrie Shoaf was the agent to contact, as we knew how fortunate we had been in 2015 when purchasing the home. Her experience in the FLA Gulf Coast real estate market gave us no reason to question anything this time around, from start to finish. Available at any time to assist or answer questions, she was always there when we needed her. We would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional, very knowledgeable agent to make the process easy. We wont hesitate to contact Carrie in the future should we decide to purchase another FLA home. Mike & Sara Sullivan
