I called Paul recently as my Mother's home was listed with another realtor and had very few showing. I asked Paul to list the property for me and he was quickly on top of things with his marketing strategy. Once he had the broker's open. that was it! We had an excellent offer in a few short days. Paul responded to every text and call I made quickly. This was very important to me because I do not live in the area. Communication was excellent. Thank you Paul! Highly recommend!

I feel extremely lucky to have listed my vacant land parcel in Santa Cruz with Paul Burrows at David Lyng Real Estate. He was both professional and kind in our interactions. He knows his market area and most importantly, he got the job done for me at the best possible price in the least amount of time. Thank you Paul !

Paul was the best when helping me to sell a place and then do an exchange and purchase another place. Patient, caring, honest, helpful.

Paul handled our property sale, it was a very good experience to work with him. We are in another state too. It went very smooth Paul was easy to relate to and we would definately have him take care of future needs as well. Thanks again Paul!

Paul has been amazing. We have been looking for a couple years for a rental property to buy (own). Paul has been patient. We have seen the gamut of what's out there. He is both practical and experienced. We value his thoughts / ideas and are very happy with our recent purchase.
