Dave is a one of a kind. He is very patient with first time home buyer and never got discouraged with us regardless of how slow we were. Definitely a strong advocate for his client and the relationship doesn't end there. I can call Dave anytime about anything.

Dave was awesome he was very responsive, when I could not make it to a showing he FaceTimed me. Dave definitely goes out of his way and I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a house in the San Antonio area!

Terri is such a valuable asset for your homebuying needs! She saw our family, our wants, and our needs and helped us find our dream home. She is very knowledgeable on the local area and neighborhoods to provide the most comprehensive information for your home considerations. Terri worked tirelessly through the holidays to make our homebuying process proceed as quickly and efficiently as possible. If I ever need to buy or sell a home in the Montgomery area again, Terri will be the first call I make.

David Karras helped us when we moved to San Antonio in the purchase of a home. He was very responsive with any and all questions that we had, and still to this date helps us out whenever needed.
