DAVID BRENTON'S TEAM

David Brenton and his team were always available to us. They lived up to their reputation of having a deep knowledge of southside real estate. Their expertise was quite helpful in negotiating the selling price and conditions of our previous property.

Great problem solvers. We encountered issues during our inspection They worked with us to solve our issues and they recommended contracts to fix our issues for a fair price

David and his Team has help myself through multiple sale along with other family members and friends. David's knowledge of the market and the Southside has proven to always be the right choice. David and his team has always treated us as a friend, just not another sale.

Very easy to work with. Informative, professional and very empathetic to the needs of their clients. I would highly recommend The David Brenton Team for your buying, selling and building needs of the greater Indy region.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Indianapolis, I highly recommend this team! We recently worked with them to purchase a home and felt completely comfortable with the entire process. Their knowledge of the area and expertise are excellent.
