From beginning to end Larry was the best agent we could have hoped for. He kept me fully informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond to help us get the house ready and keep the house inspection ready when we were selling. He helped us weed out the properties that were not right for us when we were searching for a new place to live. He just made me more comfortable during an extremely stressful time in our lives. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs help with real estate.

Mr. Larry has done an excellent job going above and beyond as a realator. He was very thorough with every step of my journey in selling my house. He explain every detail of the process as we progress. Always return my calls in a timely fashion. He kept all his promises to me. His knowledge of the real estate industry is profound. He is definitely an asset to your buying/selling experience.

Larry was a great agent! He had an expert-level knowledge of the area, and he was very real: It didn't feel like he was trying to push or sell us on anything we would've been hesitant about. This was especially important in our case, as we were first-time home buyers and moving cross-country -- we couldn't do a lot of the normal steps in-person. In short, he made the buying process as easy as could be. Strongly recommend!

Larry was a real asset when we needed to sell our house out of town in Baton Rouge while I was in New Orleans. He managed it during the rental process and then when it was time to sell, he maintained the yard and did some cosmetic repairs to "spruce up" the home during the sales process. I highly recommend Larry.

He showed great knowledge, patience and understanding. He worked well with the sellers as well. I would recommend him to everyone. He maintained his professionalism but yet we always felt very comfortable with him. As a person and a representative for the realtor estate industry he rates very high in my family books.
