My wife and I had a great experience working with Mariah when we were looking to purchase a home on the North Fork. We were pretty particular, and had a number of items on our wish list, and Mariah was extremely knowledgeable, offering insight, and suggestions throughout, and even after the process. She is hardworking, always responsive, very professional and upbeat. I highly recommend using her for whichever side of the real estate transaction you are on.

Even before my husband and I met Mariah, we knew she would be the right agent for us just from her carefully curated social media presence. Once we did meet her, it solidified our instincts. She was professional, honest and laid out a game plan as to how she would sell our house. From pricing to closing, Mariah always made herself available via email and text, maintained Covid-19 protocols and made what can sometimes be a harrowing experience, an absolute pleasure. Thrilled to say we accepted a full-ask offer and went into contract within three days thanks to her hustle. If you re looking for an amazing real estate agent on the North Fork, look no further than Mariah Mills. You can thank me later!

Mariah sold my Moms house, and Ive been recommending her to everybody since then. She is very organized and responsive and provided us with extensive backup supporting the price she recommended. The property sold within a week of being listed in an all cash deal above the asking price. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Mariah was the listing agent on a house I just sold. From the very start it was clear that Mariah was going to be an excellent agent. She was highly responsive, engaged and very customer focused. She ensured the house was priced right for the market and exceeded our expectations with regard to how she priced it - we received several offers. She is also very personable, which is important when showing a house. The house sold quickly at asking price and the transaction went very smoothly.

Its no wonder Mariah is absolutely farming 5 stars on this platform--shes a consummate professional containing all the qualities everyone hopes to find in their agent. Knowledgeable, friendly, down-to-earth, and highly responsive. Any question I had throughout the process of buying was answered quickly, be it by email, phone or text, day or night.
