My wife and I began our search for our first home by contacting Mani, he came highly recommend from a friend of ours. Mani wanted us to compete a ?Buyer Worksheet? before our meeting, he then promptly responded with a friendly introduction and information on how to get started. Mani seems to have a great handle on Dallas area market and what is happening in Frisco specifically ( the area that we were looking into) ? he knows the growth pattern, price points and future potential of real estate appreciation. These insights were very valuable to us in making our decision. Through the months we worked with him he never came across as someone who would pressurize his clients. He was honest and truthful about every recommendation he made. He was very transparent when it came to price point and negotiation and would fight for every dollar on the table. It appears he has previewed certain properties and understood our tastes. He knows the ins and outs of inspections and contracts. Jumana is the best realtor you will find. I am not exaggerating. I didn?t know her before working with her and to be honest I was worried about finding a realtor who wasn?t being fully honest with me. She was incredibly honest and straightforward. When a home had something wrong with it, she would be the first one to tell us. We contacted her from California and since we couldn?t see many of the homes, she would schedule showings and send us detailed videos. Sometimes I would send her a home and she would be there within the next hour for a showing. I can?t fully express how patient she was with us and how much due diligence she practiced at every step. I would recommend Jumana to anyone looking for a home in the DFW area, she is amazing at what she does! When we found the home we knew we wanted, Jumana went above and beyond in securing the home for us. She gets the job done and is incredibly professional throughout the process. Don?t think twice about hiring her, trust me!
