ZillowVERIFIED Dallas and Beyond have been amazing right from the get go. Mani and team were very accommodating of our requests and our real estate Agent Breyanna went above and beyond to find houses that matched our criteria. She was constantly looking for houses with us every single day for a month and a half. Right from approaching them to signing our final property documents, our experience with them was smooth. We will definitely recommend Dallas and Beyond and I wish the best for Mani and his team in the days to come.

ZillowVERIFIED I engaged Mani's team to sell my rental last July. I live out of state so the team really did a lot of extra work over a period of 6 months to get my property sold. First we had to work around the tenant's availability to show. Then after they moved out we had to hire a service to remove everything they left behind. We received an offer that dragged out for weeks before terminating. Then we decided to paint and add new flooring. After all this, we received several offers over asking and finally closed with a wonderful family. Mani's team was easy to work with, patient, always available, and gave me all the pros and cons of all decisions I had to make. I would highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't speak enough about how great Don was through the whole process. It all started two years ago and he helped us find a rental house while we were living out of state. He then guided us through buying our first home and we closed yesterday. I personally won't ever use any one else. He is above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Mani and Don, in his team, were excellent partners when I bought my new house and rented out my new house. In a red hot market, I reached out to share that I had seen a home I was interested in and needed to move quickly. Don moved with the speed of lightening (no exaggeration here!) to support the negotiations, inspections, multitudes of paper work, and up to closing. When I needed to rent my existing house, Don worked with me to take pictures, list my home, and wade through multiple applications to find an excellent tentant. He also recommended home warranty people to work with. I found Don and Mani to be super responsive, informative, and provided candid feedback through out the process that helped me make informed decisions. Overall, they were a joy to partner with in the quest for my new home and renting my old home.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, we were very apprehensive about the house buying process and the whole COVID situation made us even more nervous. We found Mani through Zillow and I would say it was the best decision we made.We had an initial talk with him about our requirements, budget etc and he came up with a personalized plan (including preferable locations, tips, complete step by step process for home purchase). This really helped alleviate our nervousness and we felt more comfortable starting the house buying process. With Mani's help, we landed our dream house within a few weeks and he helped us navigate the overwhelming pile of paperwork associated with home ownership. It was a dream come true and we are a proud owners now. His knowledge of the location and his extensive contacts made the process very simple and seamless. Not even once during the entire process, we felt the burden / nervousness of house search. His team was always on top of everything and kept us comfortable and informed.Mani and his team's professionalism and attention to detail really made a big difference. They were very prompt in all the communications, kept everyone in the loop, making sure there is no delay in the process. He went the extra mile and helped us setting up the house after closing. That personal touch really made a big difference. We would happily recommend Mani to anyone looking for a house. His extensive knowledge, professionalism and helpful attitude makes house purchase, a walk in the park.

ZillowVERIFIED We have successfully signed on our first home last week, thanks to Junaids patient guidance. I was scouring the market for purchasing a primary residence when I was referred to Junaid by another realtor. Prior to working with him, I had worked with a couple of other realtors. Having noticed that I was new to this market, Junaid patiently explained to me a lot of the process, including definitions, of home-buying. He reverted with seller disclosures and information on the properties that Id shared with great haste, which was critical in this market when good properties were taken up within hours of being listed. He had spent days poring over & travelling along with me visiting property to another property, all around DFW area, with great patience and a smiling face. He would secure appointments, be at the premises before me ready with the codes to open the locks, switching on lights/ raising blinds for a good view of a house, then wed talk about each appliance/ nook of the house for over half-hour. Imagine doing this for multiple properties every week for over 2 months - wow! He was at a different level for the bid that we won - communicating constantly with the lender, title company and the listing agent to make sure that the whole process until closing was smooth. Amendments, inspections, seller credits, extensions, review of the house, obtaining keys & personally making sure it reaches me - you name it; everything was meticulously documented and communicated to all relevant parties. There was no confusion or miscommunication anywhere through closing. I thank Junaid again through this review & strongly recommend his services to anyone whos looking for a realty purchase in this region.

ZillowVERIFIED Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on how they promote their listings and other reviews. Mani and team stood out as the best DFW has to offer: their rankings are excellent , their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Mani and then met with him at our home. He walked us through the process and answered our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on comps in the area. Mani and team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps , like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience considering the timing and location we had to sell our house. Highly recommend Mani Raveendran - Dallas & Beyond Real Estate group to everyone. They are true professionals and genuinely very nice guys.

ZillowVERIFIED When we made the decision to sell our house we wanted to find a realtor with a strong reputation among sellers and not just buyers. We chose Mani because we had seen his signs around the neighborhood and also noticed he had recently sold another house on our street within 2 weeks. We were very impressed by Manis understanding and experience with what buyers were looking for within our area, and he applied that knowledge to get us the best possible price. We were also impressed by the marketing media plan he prepared to show-off the best of our home to potential buyers. He and his team are very responsive and professional over the entire experience. His designer, Eva, staged our house and we went to market. We received a full-price offer within a few days. Mani and his team worked aggressively for us during offer negotiations and even inspection repair negotiations. Mani and team kept us informed of how the process was proceeding and we successful closed 5 weeks from going onto market! We would highly recommend Mani and his team, and it was a pleasure working with them on our first home sale!
