When we first decided to sell our house, he walked through and detailed everything necessary to get the property 'market ready'. Once the house was listed, he kept us informed on every showing and how potential buyers reacted to the property.Once we had the offer we desired, he walked is through the next steps (none of which we had anything to do with) of what would take place to get us to closing.
