Traci was a godsend during our search for a home. As first time buyers re-locating, we took a lot of time figuring out what we were looking for. Traci was great at answering all of our questions both in person and electronically (with great response times!) After exhausting our initial list, Traci moved quickly to pick out places we wouldnt have found on our own that really helped us figure out what was important. Shes not only knowledgeable about the real estate market, but has extensive contracting knowledge that helped us understand what we would be taking on in terms of fixes and maintenance as well as what remodeling ideas would require.
