This was my 4th home buying experience and theres one thing in particular that set Kaeth apart from any other realtor I had used in the past; she was the person to say this isnt your home and personally get down and dirty looking at the less desirable areas of a home for things such as structural security, wiring, plumbing, etc. If you want a realtor who will put you in the right home- shes the one.
