TLDR; John made it easy. As a first-time homebuyer with limited Baltimore knowledge, John made the entire process extremely smooth. He let me look at neighborhoods he knew I would not buy in just so that I could figure out what I truly wanted. He toured tens and tens of houses with me, and on very short notice, and always pointed out pros and cons that only the experienced eyes can see. He wrote multiple offers negotiating the very best deals, and made sure I never got into a house situation that could go downhill 5 years from now. Even after offer acceptance, he was there - he helped me understand the numbers and figure out utilities. In short, I am a medical student with very limited time, and John made sure my time was used in the most effective manner while respecting my expectations and going beyond to meet my wants. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

As first-time homebuyers, we are so grateful we had Marci to guide us through the process. She was incredibly responsive, flexible with appointments, and patient as we had to visit many houses before we found the one for us. She was great about proactively informing us about everything we needed to know about buying a home without being overbearing or ever pressuring us to move forward on something before we were ready. If she didnt know an answer to a particular question, she would confer with a member of her team and get us a response nearly immediately. Her recommendations for financing, inspections, and other aspects of the process were also excellent and made it much easier for us.Marci was a much-needed steady hand throughout the hectic process of two people with busy schedules looking for a home in a new city.
